Senior SEO/CRO Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO/CRO Strategist to lead organic growth and conversion initiatives for a portfolio of mid‑market B2B brands. Based in Israel, you will work within a collaborative squad of project managers, writers, developers, designers, and analytics specialists to turn strategic ideas into measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO, GEO, and CRO strategy for up to six B2B brands, defining long‑term organic growth and conversion vision.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
• Develop holistic, business‑focused content and optimization plans aligned with commercial goals.
• Execute technical SEO initiatives, including site audits, architecture improvements, and experimentation.
• Design and guide conversion optimization experiments using analytics and customer insights.
• Use data tools such as GA4, GrowthBook, and Google Sheets to demonstrate results and inform decisions.
• Coordinate specialists across content, development, code, and analytics to ensure effective execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in SEO and conversion optimization.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and acting as a strategic partner.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site audits and information architecture.
• Creative SEO capabilities such as keyword research, content planning, and link‑worthy asset creation.
