Senior Product Manager – Identity Security

About the role

BeyondTrust is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of its Entitle product, part of the identity security portfolio. You will shape the long‑term vision, collaborate with engineering and design, and deliver platform‑wide capabilities for a rapidly growing user base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an agile product roadmap, crafting user stories and prioritising features such as visibility, permission management, least‑privilege and compliance automation.
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, measuring performance and iterating based on AI‑driven insights and user research.
• Partner with engineering to deliver secure, technically sound solutions and support sales/pre‑sales activities with stakeholder feedback.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform product direction and drive probabilistic product experiences.

Required profile

• Self‑reliant leader with a “let’s do this” attitude and strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 4+ years of product management experience in identity management or security SaaS platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools, LLM prototyping and prompt engineering.
• Fluency in the modern AI stack and building/integrating AI/ML‑powered features.
• Hands‑on experience with public cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and delivering results within the Software Development Lifecycle.
