Senior Product Manager – Agentic AI

About the role

BigID is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AgentIQ, its agentic AI platform that helps enterprises turn data insights into actionable workflows. This hands‑on role involves shaping product strategy, working closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, and customers to deliver reliable, intuitive AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product initiatives that leverage AI agents to solve enterprise data intelligence challenges.
• Design agent experiences, including goals, workflows, tools, APIs, skills, actions, decision points, and human‑in‑the‑loop interactions.
• Translate concepts into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while establishing permissions, guardrails, explainability, and failure handling.
• Conduct customer discovery, validate high‑value use cases, gather feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
• Perform market research to assess competitive offerings, trends, and emerging agentic AI technologies to inform product strategy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience with a strong technical background (technical product ownership, solution architecture, or AI/ML).
• Hands‑on experience building and shipping AI‑powered products, preferably with AI agents or agentic workflows.
• Proven ability to operate in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Required skills

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot.
• API design, tool calling, orchestration, and integration.
• Strong technical understanding of AI application architecture and complex systems.
