Senior Maintenance Engineer – Electronics

About the role

Vishay Dimona is looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join its Maintenance Department. You will be responsible for the upkeep and improvement of machines and equipment used in the production and distribution processes of a leading semiconductor manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, develop, and improve equipment across the production floor.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, maintenance, and production teams.
• Provide service and support to maintenance and production departments.
• Design and develop new equipment, including PCB boards, and participate in technical discussions.
• Write PLC programs, resolve communication issues, and support post‑production equipment transfer.
• Enhance existing equipment to improve efficiency or replace obsolete components.

Required profile

• Technician or Engineer degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Initiative, adherence to procedures, and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
