Senior Maintenance Electronic Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Electronic Engineer to join Vishay’s Dimona plant, supporting the maintenance of machines and equipment used in the production and distribution processes of our semiconductor and electronic components.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, develop, and improve equipment across the production floor.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, maintenance, and production teams.
• Provide service and support to maintenance and production departments.
• Design and develop new equipment such as PCB boards and take part in technical discussions.
• Write PLC programs and resolve communication issues.
• Support equipment after production transfer.
• Enhance existing equipment to improve efficiency or replace obsolete components.

Required profile

• Technician or Engineer degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Initiative and strict adherence to procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
