Senior Finance Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Controller to lead a high‑performing finance engine within one of our Israel business units. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage a small team, collaborate with outsourced accounting partners and global finance services, and turn rigorous numbers into actionable insight that accelerates the delivery of life‑changing medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete month‑end close, ensuring integrity of reported numbers and meeting Group deadlines.
• Coordinate finance activities across Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, Cash‑and‑Banking, and Travel‑and‑Expenses towers.
• Act as primary liaison for Global Finance Services Back Office in India, approving transactions and handling escalations.
• Own statutory financial statements and all required local and Group reporting.
• Lead financial risk management, maintain SOX controls, and manage internal and external audit processes.
• Drive cash conversion cycle targets, supporting collections, DSO/DPO performance and dispute resolution.
• Partner with business units to develop business cases, track benefits, define KPIs and support strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial controlling, month‑end close, and statutory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial risk management, SOX compliance and audit coordination.
• Ability to lead a small team and collaborate with global finance partners.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on translating performance into growth plans.
