About the role

Join a team that develops custom silicon solutions powering Google’s direct‑to‑consumer products. You will drive innovation in formal verification for Edge‑AI System‑on‑Chip designs, shaping the next generation of hardware experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Pioneer and refine formal verification methodologies by embedding AI tools to improve verification accuracy.
• Plan the formal verification strategy and create properties and constraints for complex digital design blocks.
• Utilize formal property verification tools combined with closure techniques to verify properties and sign‑off blocks.
• Architect and implement reusable formal verification components.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in formal verification, applying various formal techniques.
• Proven experience establishing formal verification methodologies and leading overall project verification processes.
• Experience collaborating on FPV with DV and design teams.
• Leadership of FV projects, defining strategy, test‑plans, and overseeing execution across multiple engineers.
