Senior Director of Supply Chain

About the role

Teva is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead end‑to‑end supply chain activities at the site level, ensuring reliable product supply, optimal inventory, and cost efficiency in line with the company’s global framework.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all site supply chain functions including production planning, material planning, procurement, warehousing, inventory management, distribution and logistics.
• Synchronize demand, supply and manufacturing capabilities and act as the focal point for global governance and process adherence.
• Own the site supply plan, drive finite production scheduling, and ensure material availability for uninterrupted manufacturing.
• Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, work‑in‑process and finished goods while balancing service levels, cost and obsolescence risk.
• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure GMP compliance, proper storage conditions, accuracy and traceability.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics performance and ensure compliance with global trade and transportation standards.
• Define and monitor site supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, service level, inventory metrics, plan adherence, write‑offs and obsolescence.
• Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles and support system implementations (e.g., SAP/APO/IBP).
• Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, finance and global planning teams.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading site‑level supply chain functions in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to align supply chain activities with global standards and digital tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on performance improvement.
