About the role

Wolt Market is looking for energetic pickers in Kfar Saba to ensure that every order is prepared, packaged, and ready for courier pickup quickly and with high quality. You will work in a fast‑moving retail environment supporting the core operations of Wolt Market Israel.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and pick orders through the Wolt app using a dedicated picking route.
• Collect, pack, and label products for delivery to customers and couriers.
• Maintain store cleanliness, order, and safety standards.
• Unload, organize, and restock merchandise as needed.
• Collaborate with a young, dynamic team to meet daily volume targets.

Required profile

• Proactive and service‑oriented attitude.
• Positive mindset suitable for a high‑speed work environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Fluency in Hebrew (mandatory).
