Senior DevOps SRE Engineer

About the role

Mastercard’s Dynamic Yield team is looking for a Senior DevOps SRE Engineer to bridge infrastructure and development. You will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our payment platforms while driving observability across the stack.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve production systems to meet SLAs and SLOs.
• Design, implement, and operate end‑to‑end observability solutions (monitoring, logging, distributed tracing).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define meaningful alerts, reduce noise, and promote operational ownership.
• Optimize Kubernetes workloads through resource tuning, scaling strategies, and performance analysis.
• Lead incident management, automation, and continuous performance tuning.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in site reliability engineering or DevOps.
• Strong understanding of full‑stack system flows and reliability‑first design.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with developers and stakeholders.
