Senior Demand Generation Manager (B2B)

About the role

Global-e is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager (B2B) to own and scale its global digital demand engine. You will drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across key markets by leading performance marketing initiatives and collaborating closely with RevOps, Product Marketing, and Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the B2B demand generation strategy and quarterly plans aligned with revenue targets and ideal‑customer‑profile priorities.
• Build, manage, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO/GEO, email nurture, and ABM programs.
• Own end‑to‑end funnel performance, focusing on conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue impact.
• Partner with RevOps to refine MQL/SQL criteria, SLAs, and lead routing.
• Develop dashboards, tracking, and attribution models; generate actionable insights.
• Run structured testing on creative, targeting, landing pages, and nurture journeys.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Design, and Sales to produce high‑performing ads, landing pages, and lifecycle content.
• Manage external agencies and vendors as needed.
• Stay current with emerging digital trends, tools, and AI to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of meeting pipeline targets and improving funnel conversion and lead quality.
• Hands‑on experience managing and scaling paid media budgets, especially Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Data‑driven decision‑making mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
