Local SEO & Geo-Targeting Specialist

About the role

The Aeo/Geo Expert is a full‑time position responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing local and geographic digital strategies for clients, aiming to improve online visibility, traffic quality, and conversion rates. The role is hybrid, based in Petah Tikva with some remote work possible.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct geo‑targeted keyword research and manage location‑based campaigns.
• Analyze performance data and adjust strategies across search engines and digital platforms.
• Prepare clear performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Stay up to date with best practices in local SEO, maps, and location‑based marketing.
• Collaborate closely with account managers, content, and marketing teams to align geo strategies with overall digital objectives.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in local SEO, geo‑targeting, and location‑based digital campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, tag managers, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels (paid search, social media advertising, marketing automation) and ability to integrate geo strategies.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams, translate business goals into actionable plans, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional proficiency in English; Hebrew proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience in agency or consulting environments with large brands is a strong plus.
