Senior Data Scientist – End‑to‑End Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a senior individual contributor to join our Data Science team. You will own the full lifecycle of data‑driven solutions, from problem definition and data pipeline construction to model development, deployment, and production monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end projects: stakeholder discussions, problem framing, data exploration, modeling, validation, deployment, and post‑launch monitoring.
• Transform ambiguous business needs into clear, measurable predictive and prescriptive models using vehicle telemetry, diagnostics, and fault data.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reproducible data pipelines that process billions of daily data points.
• Develop and operate workflows for training, validation, inference, and continuous evaluation.
• Choose and justify the best tools—gradient boosting, survival analysis, deep learning, LLM‑based or agentic flows—and explain decisions to stakeholders.
• Implement automated testing, deployment, environment configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure production reliability.
• Investigate failures across data, models, and production systems and present findings to executive leadership.
• Raise the technical bar through code reviews, mentorship, and shared standards.

Required profile

• MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Applied Mathematics or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
• Extensive experience delivering machine‑learning solutions at scale, preferably with sensor or telemetry data.
• Strong ownership mindset, ability to work independently across data, code, infrastructure, and monitoring.
