Senior Corporate Counsel

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join Playtika’s in‑house legal team in Israel. The role offers hands‑on involvement in strategic transactions, corporate governance and litigation support, working closely with business units worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions, financings and other strategic transactions.
• Advise management and key stakeholders on operational and strategic matters.
• Support SEC reporting and securities law compliance, preparing board and shareholder materials.
• Oversee corporate entity management, signatory authorities, annual filings and registrations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist in litigation strategy, coordinate with internal teams and external counsel, and manage relevant documentation.

Required profile

• LL.B. (or equivalent) with valid admission to the Israeli Bar.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate law.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude and eagerness to learn in a global environment.
