Senior C++ Software Engineer

About the role

Final is a world‑leader in trading algorithms and trade execution technologies, building a machine‑learning‑driven high‑frequency trading platform. We are looking for an innovative Senior C++ Software Engineer to join our multidisciplinary software team and help shape the next generation of our trading systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full life‑cycle development of critical applications, from technical and statistical research through design, coding, integration and deployment.
• Write high‑quality, performant code in C++ and Rust, leveraging our autonomous tooling for environment setup, branch management and production deployment.
• Ensure code quality, performance and scalability by applying Test‑Driven Development, continuous integration and modern development processes.
• Mentor and coach fellow developers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team culture.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Computer Engineering or Computer Science (preferably cum laude) from a leading university.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably on complex, large‑scale systems.
• Result‑oriented, self‑motivated, fast learner with a strong “can‑do” attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
