Junior System & Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, tech‑savvy, hands‑on Junior System & Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team and help operate, automate, and continuously improve our Windows and Linux infrastructure. You will work closely with experienced engineers, receive guidance, and gradually take ownership of infrastructure tasks and automation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments across the organization.
• Support and operate Final’s IT infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Work with configuration‑management and automation tools to deploy, configure, and maintain systems at scale.
• Develop scripts, tools, and automation leveraging AI‑assisted technologies to improve IT operations and streamline workflows.
• Learn, evaluate, and experiment with new technologies, tools, and approaches that can enhance IT operations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in system administration, infrastructure, or a similar technical role.
• Hands‑on experience administering Windows or Linux servers, with basic familiarity of the other and a strong motivation to deepen expertise.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Technical curiosity and a strong motivation to learn, experiment, and develop professionally.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
