SAP Payroll Implementer (PY)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll (PY) Implementer to lead the specification, configuration, implementation and support of our SAP Payroll module. You will work closely with internal users and external vendors, ensuring seamless integration with HR, Time Management, portal and authorization components.

Key responsibilities

• Characterize, configure, maintain and support the SAP Payroll (PY) module.
• Manage end‑to‑end payroll projects, troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
• Collaborate with business users and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain SAP BW reports and UI5 screens related to payroll.
• Coordinate cross‑module integrations with SAP HR (HCM), Time Management (PT), ESS/MSS portals and authorization profiles.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience as an SAP Payroll (PY) consultant/implementer.
• Proven project‑management experience within the SAP environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
