לסינרג'י דרוש/ה איש/אשת מכירות עם ניסיון מוכח במכירות ,בעל/ת אוריינטציה טכנולוגית,ניסיון בתעשייה הביטחונית-יתרון!התפקיד כולל הובלת תהליכי מכירה מקצה לקצהמועמד/ת עצמאי/ת, מאורגנ/ת, שירותי/ת ובעל/ת חשיבה תהליכית וממוקדת תוצאות, לתפקיד מגוון ודינמי ולעבודה כחלק מצוות .תחומי אחריות:ניהול קשרי עבודה שוטפים עם ספקים בארץ ובחו"ל – כולל ניהול Forecast.מעקב אחרי תהליכים תפעוליים ועסקיים שוטפים.ניהול התקשרות-ליווי תהליך המכירה משלב הלקוח הפוטנציאלי ועד לסגירת עסקה וטיפול שוטף בלקוחות קיימים.דרישות התפקיד:תואר ראשון בהנדסה תעשיה וניהול – יתרון.זיקה לתחומי הנדסה – יתרוןיוזמה, יכולת ניהול מו"מ, בניית קשרים עסקיים ושירותיות גבוהה.כישורי תקשורת מצוינים ,אנגלית ברמה גבוהה – כתיבה, קריאה, ושיחה מול גורמים בחו"ל.
