Enterprise Business Development Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Business Development Manager will be based in Tel Aviv and focus on generating and qualifying leads to build Airwallex’s Enterprise sales pipeline across the Middle East market. You will own the top of the funnel, engage prospects, and work closely with Account Executives to ensure continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Research and engage enterprise prospects via email, cold calling and other touchpoints to open strategic conversations.
• Act as a consultative first point of contact, asking the right questions to understand prospect needs and assess fit.
• Qualify and prioritize opportunities, connecting prospects to Account Executives and staying involved through the first call.
• Shape go‑to‑market approaches, test outreach methods, feed insights back to Marketing and help build the Enterprise playbook.

Required profile

• Proven outbound prospecting experience and a hunter mindset.
• Target‑oriented with a track record of meeting stretch targets.
• Genuinely curious, asking sharp questions to uncover real prospect needs.
• Process‑driven, building repeatable outreach processes and adapting quickly.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Comfortable using AI tools and modern sales technology to maximise productivity.

Required skills

• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
• Strong outbound prospecting and lead qualification skills.
• Ability to leverage AI and sales technology tools effectively.
