Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Join Similarweb’s Sales Development team to build a robust pipeline of ideal target clients through proactive outbound prospecting. You will work closely with Sales Managers who will close the opportunities you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Execute cold‑calling, email, voicemail and social‑media outreach using enablement technology.
• Research and qualify accounts with prospecting tools to create meeting opportunities with key personas.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the sales development process.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions relevant to the verticals you support.
• Participate in weekly training sessions to sharpen SDR skills.
• For advanced candidates, close smaller deals that originate from your own meetings.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of outbound SDR experience (preferred).
• Dynamic thinker who adapts creatively to challenges.
• Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable integrating new tools into daily workflow.
• Goal‑driven, tenacious and resilient under pressure.
