RSY Project Track Sub-System Manager

About the role

The RSY Project Track Sub-System Manager leads the delivery of the Track works for the Haifa‑Nazareth LRT project, ensuring that all customer, quality, cost, delivery and performance (QCDP) objectives are met. This role coordinates cross‑functional activities, arbitrates technical and commercial decisions, and aligns the sub‑system with overall project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Apply and adapt the overall project strategy to the Track sub‑system scope, ensuring contractual and internal target alignment.
• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the Track sub‑system, from requirements capture to final hand‑over.
• Develop and manage the sub‑system work breakdown structure (WBS), monitoring scope, schedule, resources, cost and risks.
• Act as the primary interface for all sub‑system matters with internal teams, integration groups, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Provide transparent reporting on sub‑system performance, KPIs and support project governance through regular reviews.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex railway infrastructure or transportation sub‑systems.
• Strong knowledge of QCDP principles and ability to drive risk, opportunity and deviation management.
• Leadership capability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with safety, quality and ethical standards.

Required skills

• Engineering expertise in railway infrastructure.
• Project Management (IPMA level D or equivalent preferred).
• Knowledge of RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) concepts.
• Cost control, schedule management and risk assessment.
