Project Interface Engineer – Signaling & SCADA

About the role

The Project Interface Engineer for Signaling and SCADA will lead the coordination of all technical interfaces between signaling, SCADA and other subsystems (OCS, power, communications, rolling stock) on the Haifa‑Nazareth LRT line. The role ensures smooth integration, timely issue resolution and compliance with safety and project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, define and manage all technical interfaces between Signaling, SCADA and related subsystems.
• Develop and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Interface Requirement Specifications (IRS) and Interface Management Plans.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication with internal teams, external contractors, suppliers and the client.
• Support integration testing, validation and commissioning activities.
• Lead design review workshops and technical meetings to resolve interface conflicts.
• Ensure interface solutions meet contractual, safety and quality requirements.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (M.Sc. preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years on rail‑transit projects and interface management.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
• Proven ability to work under tight timelines and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
