Retail Sales Associate – Resort Shop

About the role

Join the Club Med Resorts retail team and become the friendly face of the shop. You will welcome guests, understand their needs and help them find the perfect products while delivering an attractive store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their needs and provide personalized advice.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Create eye‑catching window displays and table arrangements following Club Med standards.
• Merchandise clothing and accessories, ensure regular restocking and maintain visual appeal.
• Continuously seek innovative ways to showcase products and boost sales.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse trends and contribute to turnover growth.
• Promote and animate commercial actions in collaboration with other resort services (sports, events, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with health‑and‑safety rules and proper maintenance of store assets.
