Reservations & Guest Contact Agent (Telemarketing)

About the role

L.RAPHAEL Genève is seeking a Reservations & Guest Contact Agent to be the first point of contact for spa guests in Israel. You will handle inbound calls, manage bookings and provide information about treatments, all while representing the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a courteous, brand‑aligned manner
• Take, amend, confirm and cancel reservations
• Provide guests with details on treatments, availability, pricing and services
• Accurately update the reservation system
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and follow‑ups
• Coordinate with spa and operations teams when needed
• Meet call‑handling and reservation targets

Required profile

• Excellent communication and guest‑service skills
• Fluent English and Hebrew (mandatory)
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Passion for wellness, longevity and delivering Swiss‑quality experiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑end environment
