Red Team Operator – Cybersecurity

About the role

Porsche Digital, a 100% subsidiary of Porsche AG, is expanding its cybersecurity Red Team in Tel Aviv. We are seeking an experienced Red Team Operator to lead offensive security activities, uncover vulnerabilities, and protect our global digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advanced penetration testing and simulated attacks on networks, systems, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other security teams to deliver actionable remediation recommendations aligned with Porsche’s security strategy.
• Research and implement the latest attack techniques, tools, and methodologies to keep operations cutting‑edge.
• Mentor and train team members, sharing knowledge and improving overall security posture.
• Contribute to threat modeling and security architecture reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in red‑team or offensive security roles.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory attack vectors, including trust relationships, GPO manipulation, relay attacks and Kerberos exploitation.
• Proven expertise in web application security and OWASP Top 10 vulnerability identification and remediation.
• Proficiency with network protocols, network security concepts and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Fluent English and Hebrew; German is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, solve complex problems and communicate findings clearly.
