About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to own the full‑cycle hiring process for a fast‑growing delivery and quick‑commerce startup. You will partner with hiring managers across tech, operations and business functions to attract and secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards and other channels.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
• Conduct initial screenings, assess professional and cultural fit, and coordinate interview schedules with multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (Monday.com) and keep recruitment pipelines up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage several roles simultaneously.
• Proactive, independent mindset and a people‑first attitude.
