Public Relations Coordinator & Front Desk Agent

About the role

Club Med Resorts is looking for a friendly, multilingual professional to join the team as a Public Relations Coordinator and Front Desk Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing personalized service and ensuring a smooth stay from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide information and deliver a personalized service experience.
• Register arrivals and departures, manage the switchboard, keep client information up‑to‑date, handle cash invoices and control deferred operations.
• Act as the main contact for organizing events for guests of specific nationalities, including meals and informational conferences.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the resort village and collaborate with housekeeping, laundry, and restaurant departments.
• Develop internal sales opportunities and ensure accurate invoicing for stays and meals generated by local sales.
• Guarantee service quality, uphold Club Med’s hygiene and safety standards, and protect the property’s condition.

Required profile

• Sociable and able to build trusting relationships with guests.
• Helpful, attentive and solution‑oriented.
• Fluent in at least two languages and comfortable with an international clientele.
