Project Manager – Remote (Israel)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead new initiatives, working groups, and strategic programs for a global, data‑driven organization. Based in Israel and working remotely, you will shape community‑building projects from concept to launch while ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor new initiatives and working groups, aligning them with strategic objectives.
• Manage projects end‑to‑end, from concept development through launch and continuous improvement.
• Design and optimise engagement strategies, including conversion funnels and community growth initiatives.
• Coordinate the creation and operation of councils, fostering effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop structured processes and methodologies to improve project efficiency and consistency.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Prioritise daily tasks, manage workloads, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Prepare project documentation and reports using digital collaboration tools.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in project management with a strong grasp of planning and execution principles.
• Proven track record of launching initiatives, communities, or programs from the ground up.
• Experience organising online events, from planning to execution.
• Process‑oriented mindset with the ability to create structure and improve workflows.
• Professional‑level written and verbal English communication skills.
