Project Manager – Power Systems

About the role

Elta Systems is seeking a Project Manager to lead Power Systems projects within its Engineering & Systems Division. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from contract signing to final delivery, ensuring technical, organizational, and financial objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, including decision‑making across technical, organizational, and financial domains.
• Lead experiments, tests, and surveys both in Israel and internationally.
• Matrix‑manage multidisciplinary teams covering hardware, software, and mechanical engineering.
• Coordinate subcontractors and external partners, handling procurement, work packages, and risk management.
• Maintain business and system‑level relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering & Management (mandatory).
• M.B.A. or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management (advantage).
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex or system‑level projects.
• High proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel abroad and work additional hours when required.
• Experience in defense or high‑tech environments and with international manufacturers (advantage).
