קצת על התפקיד למפעל מערכות מוטסות שבחטיבת אלתא דרוש/ה אחראי/ת תפעול בפרויקט התפקיד כולל:אחריות על הפרויקט בהיבט התפעולי, משלב התנעת הפרויקט דרך הממשקים השונים באלתא ומחוצה לה.מעקב ובקרה שוטפת על התקדמות הפרויקט, זיהוי חסמים ועבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים מרובים להבטחת עמידה ביעדי הפרויקט, בלו"ז ובתקציב.כפיפות לראש צוות תפעול. מה אנחנו מחפשיםניסיון של שנתיים לפחות בתפעול פרויקטים/ תכנון ניהול הייצור/ תיאום ובקרת פרויקטים - חובה.ראייה מערכתית רחבה משולבת עם יכולת ירידה לפרטים הקטנים.יחסי אנוש מצוינים ויכולת מוכחת בהנעה ורתימת ממשקים.סדר, ארגון ויכולת תעדוף בסביבה מרובת משימות.אולי יעניין אותך לדעת מפעל מערכות מוטסות מפתח מגה פרויקטים בעולמות מטוסי המשימה ומכ"מים לפלטפורמות מוטסות, בחזית הטכנולוגיה העולמית. התפקיד יביא לחשיפה ולהעלאת מודעות לעשייה ולהצלחות מול גורמים פנימיים וחיצוניים.
