Project Manager – Power Supplies & Networking Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end technological projects in the defence sector, focusing on power‑supply and networking product development. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to customer delivery, while ensuring alignment with internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and control work plans, schedules and milestones across cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct risk management, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate procurement and supply processes during the development phase, ensuring seamless collaboration between Engineering, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing and Quality.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers, delivering updates and guaranteeing high satisfaction levels.
• Track tasks and deliverables to ensure they meet project goals and timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or PMO within hardware, electronics or multidisciplinary systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or the defence industry.
• Fluent English (spoken, written and reading).
• Strong engineering understanding and familiarity with development processes.
