Supplier Quality Engineer

About the role

DRS RADA is a global pioneer of radar systems for active military protection, counter‑drone applications, critical infrastructure protection and border surveillance. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team and manage supplier programs for manufacturing while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive supplier quality performance, including new product development and product quality improvement.
• Provide leadership and management for the supplier quality department.
• Ensure the supplier meets all regulatory and company requirements.
• Perform quality system audits.
• Establish quality control objectives and maintain supplier quality records.
• Promote initiatives to improve quality.

Required profile

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field (electronics / quality).
• Relevant education in quality (CQE/CQM) – advantage.
• Familiarity with mechanics production standards and special processes, paint and coating.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical skills.
• Knowledge and experience reading drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
