Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead customer‑facing projects from initiation to delivery. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and with full transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle, defining scope, schedule, budget and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Engineering, R&D, Production and Sales.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guaranteeing a high‑quality experience.
• Identify risks early, propose and implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items and drive execution.
• Provide data‑driven status updates to senior leadership.
• Capture lessons learned and optimise processes for continuous improvement.
• Use project management tools to maintain visibility and control.
