Product Manager - Tools & Storage

About the role

Stanley Black & Decker is looking for a Product Manager to join its Global Tools & Storage development team within the Marketing function of its R&D center in Rosh HaAyin. You will work closely with engineers and industrial designers to design and launch the company's future products, managing the full product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete product lifecycle, including the roadmap, project milestones, pricing, gross margins, quality and delivery.
• Conduct market and user research based on knowledge of market trends and competitor brands.
• Assist in leading cross-functional teams and act as the point of contact for manufacturing, purchasing, sales, quality and engineering.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Industrial Engineering/Design (mandatory).
• At least 5 years of product management experience in consumer products.
• Understanding of the global market and knowledge of big-chain retailers or other large customers.
• Experience conducting consumer research and user-end thinking.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
