Project Manager – Defense & Electronics R&D

About the role

A leading developer and manufacturer of customized power supply and communication systems for defense, aerospace, and space applications is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its R&D division.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex multidisciplinary projects end‑to‑end, from product development through customer delivery.
• Own project execution including planning, resource allocation, risk management, schedule control and final customer acceptance.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams.
• Build and manage project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Lead project reviews, proactively manage risks, issues and mitigation plans.
• Serve as the primary interface between internal teams and customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience (mandatory).
• Proven experience managing projects from development stage through customer delivery (mandatory).
• Experience working directly with customers in the defense industry or electronic components/electronics sector (mandatory).
• Experience in a manufacturing or defense organization (mandatory).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Fluent English.
