Program Manager

About the role

KLA, a global leader in electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, is looking for a Program Manager in Migdal Ha-emek. The role manages multidisciplinary projects from requirements through volume manufacturing across all PLC stages, coordinating R&D, marketing, operations, engineering, purchasing and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multidisciplinary projects from requirements to volume manufacturing through all PLC stages
• Manage project work plans, risks and budget
• Provide market-oriented inputs, detailed specifications and priorities
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products with world-class performance, reliability, manufacturability, maintainability and competitive cost of goods
• Manage customer activities such as installations, beta testing and evaluations for new products

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Engineering or first degree in a technical-related field
• At least 3 years of management experience as a Development (HW or SW) Team Leader or in System Engineering
• Strong R&D background in multi-discipline systems (an advantage)
• Significant experience working with customers in highly driven markets
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or capital equipment development (an advantage)
• Experience in program or project management (an advantage)
