לאתר החטיבה בחולון דרוש.ה ראש צוות לתחום הייצורבמסגרת התפקידאחריות כוללת להוצאה לפועל של תוכנית היצור בהתאם לתוכנית ההספקות.הובלת צוות עובדים – חלוקת משימות בתיאום עם ראש תחום יצור הייצורביצוע תהליכי חניכה ותמיכה שוטפת לעובדים חדשים וקיימיםהסמכות לתקני עבודה על פי הגדרת הבטחת איכות במפעלאחריות על אכיפת נהלי הבטחוןהובלת תהליכי מצוינות תפעולית (LEAN)דיווח שוטף לראש תחום יצור מכיןדרישותהנדסאי או טכנאי אלקטרוניקהלפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בתפקיד ניהולי בחברה יצרניתרקע טכני בתחום הרכבות אלקטרוניקההיכרות עם תחומי היצור השונים (הלחמות, הרכבות כרטיסים אלקטרונים, בונדינג ואינטגרציות)יכולות אנליטיות ופתרון בעיות בזמן מהירראייה מערכתיתיכולות אישיות לרתימה והנעת עובדיםדינאמיות וגמישות, יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ ולוחות זמנים* המשרה פונה לגברים ונשים כאחד**רק פניות מתאימות יענו#Holon Show more Show less
