Quality Assurance Engineer (Manufacturing)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality team. You will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) while ensuring compliance with industry standards throughout the product realization lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the QMS, support audits and drive corrective actions.
• Lead NCR, MRB, 8D, and corrective‑action processes.
• Administer quality software and keep quality records up to date.
• Prepare monthly quality reports and track key performance indicators.
• Oversee incoming inspection of materials and parts.
• Monitor regulatory requirements (RoHS, REACH, CMRT, Prop 65) and prepare related declarations.
• Prepare First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Engineering or a related field.
• Certified Quality Auditor/Engineer (advantage).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems.
• Experience with AS9100 environment (advantage).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for materials (RoHS, REACH, CMRT, California Proposition 65).
• Fluent English and strong MS Office skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, able to work independently and in a team, and capable of meeting deadlines under pressure.
