Production Supervisor & Project Manager – Medical Devices

About the role

The company seeks a Production Supervisor and Project Manager to lead a major medical‑device project from customer requirements through to production implementation. The role blends hands‑on floor supervision with project coordination, customer interaction and cross‑functional stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate ongoing activities on the production line and align them with the customer plan.
• Act as the primary contact for the customer, providing regular updates on progress, tasks and risks.
• Lead production scale‑up processes and conduct capacity planning to meet throughput and delivery targets.
• Monitor production throughput, quality, deliveries and open tasks, driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure all work complies with procedures, quality‑assurance requirements and medical‑device industry standards.
• Support floor staff, troubleshoot technical issues and achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum two years of experience in production management or manufacturing projects (mandatory).
• Experience in the medical‑device industry is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to work across multiple interfaces.

Required skills

• SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, specifications and tolerances.
• Capacity planning and production scale‑up expertise.
• Hands‑on experience on a manufacturing floor.
