Production Operator

About the role

IFF, a global leader in taste, scent, nutrition and bioscience, is looking for a Production Operator to join its manufacturing site in Migdal HaEmek, Israel. You will become part of a dedicated production team that strives for significant achievements and real impact on everyday products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine checks to ensure product quality and process consistency.
• Record production data, report deviations, and assist in troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Follow safety and environmental guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in shift schedules, including evenings or weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical stamina for standing and handling materials throughout the shift.

Required skills

• Basic operation of manufacturing machinery.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions.
• Fundamental math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Understanding of quality and safety standards in a production environment.
