Production Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Production Manager to lead our Ink Plant and Printhead Production Labs in Kiryat Gat, Israel. The role bridges strategic planning and hands‑on execution, ensuring both ink and printhead lines meet quality, volume and delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities for Ink and Printhead departments, coordinating with Warehouse, Planning and Quality to meet delivery timelines.
• Lead, mentor and develop team leaders and production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Build and execute weekly work plans aligned with plant capacity and planning demands.
• Maintain responsibility for target production capacities, schedules and on‑time delivery.
• Manage onboarding, skill‑matrix development and formal qualification processes to ensure a flexible, cross‑trained workforce.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to eliminate waste and optimise cycle times.
• Collaborate closely with Site Management, QA, Planning and Engineering to resolve operational blockers and ensure business continuity.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience as a Production Manager or Senior Production Supervisor in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience in ink, chemical, clean‑room or printhead manufacturing is a strong advantage.
• Proven leadership ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and drive results.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
