Product Industrialization Engineer

About the role

The Product Industrialization Engineer will drive process development for mid‑complexity projects, integrating Design for Lean Manufacturing (DFLM) into the Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM) framework. The role ensures seamless alignment of process and equipment capabilities with product specifications and supports efficient release of manufacturing data.

Key responsibilities

• Implement process development activities tailored for mid‑complexity projects to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Introduce DFLM methodologies into PDLM processes, focusing on design integration and production workflow optimization.
• Align process and equipment capabilities with product specifications from I&D and manufacturing requirements.
• Lead timely release of Manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM) and master data routing.
• Oversee implementation of complex processes, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, environmental, and company policies.
• Address industrialization challenges through innovative problem‑solving and method selection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or operations engineering.

What we offer
