Product Designer

About the role

ScaleOps is looking for a talented Product Designer to join its Engineering team. You will work on complex design challenges that improve the user experience of our autonomous cloud and AI infrastructure platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering to define, design, and deliver best‑in‑class user experiences that meet business goals.
• Craft every detail of new product features from concept through execution.
• Partner with R&D to ensure high‑quality implementation and seamless user interaction.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, making quick decisions in a fast‑moving environment.
• Contribute directly to the core product roadmap alongside senior engineers.

Required profile

• 6+ years of design experience at a product‑focused technology company.
• Proven track record designing complex systems or platforms.
• Experience across the full product lifecycle, including prototyping, design, and usability testing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Ability to make rapid decisions under tight schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma.
• Hands‑on experience collaborating closely with engineering/R&D teams.
