Procurement & Supply Coordinator (Vendor Scheduler)

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement & Supply Coordinator, also referred to as a Vendor Scheduler, to join our Procurement Department. The role focuses on managing purchase orders from issuance to warehouse receipt, ensuring timely deliveries and effective coordination with both local and international suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor purchase orders from issuance to receipt in the warehouse.
• Obtain order confirmations from suppliers and update delivery dates in the system.
• Follow up to ensure purchase orders are delivered according to approved schedules.
• Coordinate collections and shipments with local and international suppliers.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Planning (PP&C), Finance, and other departments.
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports (open orders, delays, expedite requests, postponements, cancellations).
• Monitor supplier performance (On‑Time Delivery) and produce monthly and annual reports.
• Report directly to the Procurement Director.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Assertiveness in dealing with suppliers and strong teamwork abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, attention to detail, consistency, and strong organizational abilities.
• Good English communication skills (spoken, written, reading), including interaction with international suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of import and export processes is an advantage.
