Procurement Manager - IFM and Projects

About the role

JLL is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement across Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Project Management operations in Israel. The role acts as the main procurement partner to operational and project teams, driving supplier performance, commercial value, compliance and continuous improvement. It is mainly based in Raanana, with remote options available.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run annual procurement plans for IFM and projects, reporting progress to senior leadership
• Act as the main procurement contact for IFM operations and project teams on all supply chain matters
• Manage procurement for a mid-sized IFM account, building relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, suppliers and contractors
• Identify, evaluate, onboard and manage suppliers and contractors for a competitive supply chain
• Deliver annual cost savings targets while keeping service quality high
• Lead commercial negotiations, subcontract agreements and supplier performance management
• Ensure compliance across supply chain activities, including onboarding, contracts, insurance, bank guarantees and retention
• Support new business with due diligence, supplier assessments and cost-saving analyses
• Lead supplier mobilisation during account transitions and review project pipelines with project managers
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement, supplier management and processes

Required profile

• 8-10 years of experience in IFM procurement, facilities management procurement, IFM cost estimation or procurement for small-to-medium capital projects
• Proven experience managing suppliers, subcontractors and commercial negotiations
• Strong understanding of facilities management service categories (technical maintenance, soft services, projects, vendor management)
• Ability to deliver cost savings, improve supplier performance and manage commercial risk
• Fluent written and spoken English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Preferred: experience in an IFM organisation, life sciences, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or manufacturing settings, and account transition or procurement transformation work
