About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to cover a maternity leave at Deloitte’s headquarters in Tel Aviv. The role supports the entire firm by handling procurement activities, ensuring timely and accurate service under pressure.

Key responsibilities

Provide fast, accurate procurement support to all business units while multitasking in a high‑pressure environment.
Interact directly with employees and senior managers to understand their needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
Source suppliers, obtain and compare quotations, negotiate terms, and manage contracts.
Oversee the end‑to‑end procurement process using SAP, from requisition to order fulfillment.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement, including service procurement, negotiations and contract management.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

Required skills

SAP procurement module.
Microsoft Office applications.
