Procurement Buyer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Procurement Buyer to join a fast‑growing company that designs and manufactures tactical gear for a global market. You will be responsible for managing the full procurement cycle, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and components while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes from purchase requests to order issuance and delivery follow‑up.
• Source new local and international suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate terms.
• Monitor purchase orders, address delays, and resolve supply‑related issues.
• Coordinate procurement needs with Operations, R&D, and Finance teams.
• Maintain supplier and procurement data in the NetSuite ERP system.
• Arrange domestic and international shipments, work with freight forwarders, and oversee import/export procedures.
• Track shipments, manage shipping documentation, and control logistics costs.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in manufacturing or technology.
• Proven track record working with both local and international suppliers.
• Experience handling international shipments and familiarity with import/export documentation.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, and detail‑orientation skills.

Required skills

• NetSuite ERP (or similar) proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Microsoft Office suite.
