About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Process Coordinator to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in Kiryat-Ono. The role involves handling raw materials, operating equipment, and ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment such as autoclaves, ovens, stills, and filtration apparatus.
- Mix compound ingredients for liquids, suspensions, ointments, tablets, and capsules.
- Perform routine maintenance on pumps, homogenizers, filter presses, and tablet compression machines.
- Execute standard operating procedures and maintain records to meet GMP requirements.
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance quality, cost, and scheduling.
Required profile
- Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Ability to follow regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude and strong execution focus.
