Principal Architect – Intelligent Platforms

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Principal Architect to shape the technical foundation of our next‑generation intelligent platform. The role blends strategic vision with hands‑on execution, influencing engineering, research, product and customer‑facing teams to deliver a scalable, reliable and secure multi‑tenant solution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the long‑term architecture for a large‑scale, multi‑tenant platform.
• Drive decisions on scalability, reliability, security, cost efficiency and operational excellence.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks and third‑party solutions and make data‑driven recommendations.
• Establish architectural standards, governance processes and best practices across multiple engineering groups.
• Lead proof‑of‑concept and exploratory projects to mitigate technical risk.
• Partner with engineering, research, product and business stakeholders to align technical direction with company goals.
• Mentor senior engineers and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and strategic customers.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in a senior architectural leadership role.
• Proven track record designing and operating large‑scale distributed systems in production.
• Deep experience with cloud‑native architectures and modern platform technologies.
• Strong understanding of service‑oriented and event‑driven design patterns.
