Petit Club Coordinator – Early Childhood Care

About the role

The Petit Club Coordinator is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing environment for infants and toddlers (4 months to 2 years) at a Club Med resort. You will welcome families, build confidence with parents, and ensure each child enjoys age‑appropriate activities that support their development.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome children and parents, creating a trusting and gentle atmosphere.
• Plan, organise and lead manual activities, workshops, games, stories and songs tailored to each age group.
• Supervise the safety of children within the Petit Club and during all resort‑based excursions.
• Ensure strict compliance with Club Med hygiene, safety regulations and maintenance of resort assets.
• Collaborate with other resort teams to integrate childcare services into the overall guest experience.

Required profile

• Reassuring demeanor that earns parents' trust and children’s affection.
• Meticulous attention to hygiene and safety standards.
• Experience or training in early childhood education, with a focus on child‑centered development.
• Ability to adapt activities to each child’s rhythm and developmental needs.
• Willingness to work in a multicultural resort environment and accommodate guests with disabilities.
